As our new entertainment studio work continues to flourish, we are pleased to announce our recent award of a new ground-up production studio in California, Grandave Studios at Banning.
GSB is working with the client on the entitlements phase for a $200+ million mixed-use film and TV production project. It is estimated to bring approximately 8,000 jobs to the local area which would be tied to the studio and airport facilities.
